- Monitor on all Ripple applications and channels on operating system, application and DB levels
- Identify monitoring check points
- Define services KPIs along with the monitoring threshold for each KPI
- Develop monitoring scripts & tools
- Receive complaints from 1st line, in case the 1st line could not identify the issue root cause or the corrective action
- Review the business steps with 1st line agent
- Update FAQ support documents
- Classify the issue with respect to Ripple issues classification template
- Classify the corrective action with respect to Ripple actions template
- Production deployments
- New SW acceptance
- New HW acceptance

0-2 Years of experience
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet product needs
Apply Functional, Nun Functional Testing processes
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members
Front and back-end Testing.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
